Collaborative Course on Computational Methods

The goal of this course is to help you understand how to use some aspects of R, as applicable through data collected from a plant breeding experiment in the TCAP project (a wheat and barley breeding project funded by the US Department of Agriculture). It was developed to be beneficial for people working in the disciplines of plant breeding and/or computer programming. The content has been created assuming students know nothing about R.
