Day 7, 8.  As the radicle grows and the cells differentiate, it looks like a taproot. The lateral roots (white arrow) continue to grow from the radicle and the cotyledons (yellow arrow) start to appear. The unifoliate leaves (blue arrow) are just peeking out.
